Meet Keith
20 years of patient, personal coaching.
Keith Thresh is a Hull personal trainer and the founder of Spark Rehab. His approach is friendly, unhurried and focused on the person rather than a one-size-fits-all programme.
People first
Over 20 years in personal training, Keith has supported people with different abilities, limitations and levels of confidence. Listening, building trust and helping people feel comfortable have always been central to his work.
Many clients have stayed with Keith because they feel supported and never judged. He brings that same patient approach to Spark Rehab, with sessions shaped around what matters in everyday life.
Why Spark Rehab began
The idea began when Keith was asked to help his friend’s dad after a stroke. Researching his condition and helping him rebuild movement, strength and confidence gave Keith a new sense of purpose.
That experience led him to undertake specialist stroke rehabilitation training and create a service centred on patience, trust and meaningful everyday goals.
Qualification status
Keith has successfully completed his specialist stroke rehabilitation training. His formal certificate is expected shortly, and specialist sessions will open once certification and appropriate insurance are confirmed.
A responsible approach
Spark Rehab is supported exercise and does not replace physiotherapy, medical treatment or the person’s own stroke team. Suitability and appropriate medical clearance are required before sessions begin.
Important: Spark Rehab works alongside medical and rehabilitation teams. It does not replace medical care, physiotherapy or emergency services. Call 999 for new or suspected stroke symptoms.
